I have used Lawn Tech out of Prosper for a few years now. They come once a quarter, very reasonably priced, great communication via phone/email and a report that the service person leaves behind. My lawn is absolutely gorgeous now! My neighbors on either side of me were so impressed they signed up for their service as well.
